Slimmer and lighter blanks gives the designer more scope to enhance the rod action. Continuing the original Tidecutter concept of utilising High modulus carbon fibre unencumbered by a reel seat joint to produce tubular ultra light and ultra slim rods.

Penn have utilised multi section technology honed on our surf rods to create a simply stunning range of multi-section WaveBlaster boat rods. Based on already impeccable credentials, WaveBlaster rods now up the ante with four piece rods that have a break down length of under 27in!

By using precision ground graphite spigots we have retained all the best action features of the two piece rods but with the convenience of multi-section. Genuine Fuji BMNAG guides, 6/12, 12/20 and 20/30 utilise a genuine Fuji graphite reel seat while for added security the 30/50 has a metal fitting for when only the tough will survive. And of course all Waveblaster rods come in their own reinforced tube.
