Ordering from LomondStores.com is easy

- find the item you require
- choose the colour/size, if applicable, by clicking on the drop down list to view the options, then clicking again on the one you require
- click the " Shopping Cart Icon "

 - wherever you are on Jigabite you can add items to your basket in the same way
- you can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time by clicking on the "Basket" button on the tool bar to the left of the screen
- you can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time.
- post and packing costs will be shown in your shopping basket
- click the "Checkout" button when you have finished shopping
- fill in the order details on the secure form
You can also place an order by phone, or mail.

Payment
We accept most types of credit card via PayPal. You Do Not need to sign up for a paypal account to use this facility.

Returned goods
Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Any packaging i.e. reel boxes must also be in the same condition as when received.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.

Delivery Costs
The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order. Unfortunately we have to charge carriage but we attempt to keep it to a minimum and believe our charges low and fair.

Tax Charges (VAT)
All the prices shown in our store include VAT. If you are ordering from outside the EU you do not have to pay VAT. This will be subtracted automatically at the checkout.

Import duty or tax
Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.

Credit Card Security
We have never had a case of credit card fraud using our shopping system. All credit card numbers are Retained only for the purpose of processing your order
