Sauvignon BlancWith origins in Bordeaux, France, this variety reminds us of freshness. In Casillero del Diablo this feature joins to a mineral note, a refreshing and cold style, with peach and redcurrant bouquets. A round, full wine, with perfect balance and finesse for matching salmon, sea bass, and fresh oysters and is best served at 10ºC.

ChardonnayRipe fruit bouquet, soft sharpness and freshness are the features of this variety that can be kept in casks. In Casillero del Diablo we have created an exclusive Chardonnay. Its grapes from the Casablanca Valley receive the fresh breezes from the South Pacific Ocean, while develop a mineral style obtained from the unique composition of its soils.
Perfect to enjoy with delicate fish such as grilled sea bass, sole or turbot, garnished with capers or herbs creamy sauces and is best served at 12ºC. |
Pinot NoirOriginated in Burgundy, France, Pinot Noir represents a sort of the feminine side of red wines. Our Pinot Noir is elegant and subtle, with strawberries and raspberry bouquets, together with toast French oak notes. While in mouth, its feminine and sensuous feature captivates with a good structure, soft tannins, velvet and a long and persistent finish. Combines very well with grilled oily fish such as tuna. Also with white meats it manages to express itself deliciously well and is best served at 14ºC

MerlotNative from Bordeaux, France, is elegant by nature. Flexible, of soft tannins, expresses freshness and sweetness. In its Merlot, Casillero del Diablo captured all the finesse of a subtle wine, of low astringency, with blackberry, strawberries and raspberries, together with chocolate, vanilla and cassis notes.
A great match to pasta, ham risotto, lightly spiced red meats, soft cheeses and Mexican food and is best served at 16ºC. |
Cabernet SauvignonIt is the most famous variety of Casillero del Diablo. Its 2005 Vintage was awarded by Decanter as the best of the planet. It owns an intense cherry and plum bouquet, with vanilla and toast finishes. Is one of the red varieties with full wine in mouth, elegant and ideal to match beef in pepper sauce, lamb ribs and stews with good presence of spices and is best served at 18ºC.
